2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide Free Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom with no minimum purchase required. The price displayed at checkout is final and includes VAT.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on our website via our Track Order page.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we provide a 24-hour cancellation window. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@djimastore.com within this timeframe before the order enters processing.
5. What is your return window?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return any item. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original tags and packaging.
6. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
This depends on the specific reason for the return:

Defective or Incorrect Products: £0.00 cost. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email.

Change of Mind (Remorse): The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for their own trackable shipping method. We do not provide pre-paid labels for change of mind.
7. Are there any restocking fees?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Following the receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your provider.
9. How do exchanges work?
We offer exchanges with no exchange fees. While you are responsible for the return shipping cost to our warehouse, we will ship the new replacement item to you free of charge.
