1. Return Window: You have a period of 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.
2. Condition: All items must be unused, remain in their original state, and be sent back with all initial tags and accessories. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible to ensure the items are well-protected during transit.
3. Return Method: Returns are required to be sent via mail using a trackable shipping service.
4. Return Costs:
- Customer Remorse (change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference): Customers are responsible for organizing and covering the costs of their chosen shipping method. Please be aware that we do not offer pre-paid return labels for these situations; you will need to arrange the shipment through your local postal service.
- Defective or Incorrect Products (wrong item, damaged by carrier, or faulty): There is no expense to the customer (£0.00). In these instances, we will send a pre-paid return shipping label to your email for you to download and print, and we cover the entire cost of the return delivery.
5. Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee applied to any returns.
How to Return an Item

Refund Process

Exchanges
We are pleased to provide exchanges for all products. If you wish to swap an item for a different model or size, please reach out to our customer support team first to receive the necessary exchange instructions.
No exchange fees are applied. However, the cost of shipping the item back to our facility is the responsibility of the customer. Djima will handle the shipping costs for the new replacement product sent out to you free of charge once your return is inspected.
Order Cancellations
We provide a 24-hour window for order cancellations following your purchase. Beyond this timeframe, your order will have entered the processing or shipping stage, making cancellation no longer possible.
